Geo-grids
Yen Sign company has a total of six knitting machines and a dipping/curing equipment. The maximum production capacity is estimated 60 thousand squares meters/month. The products are high-strength reinforcing mesh whose highest intensity could be 400kN/m × 200kN/m. The products have high strength and nodes with low construction damage. In comparison with other stiff woven grids, our geo-grids are very suitable for the unstable geology with frequent earthquakes.
Applying geo-grids to the road construction is very environmental because it can recollect the dig-out soil and finely put it into the panels; such methods perform well in the road or floor base infrastructure. Besides, it is also a good way to strengthen the land soil to prevent from erosion. If we can plant things on the grid surface, it will increase natural scenery and show lush green plants on the river embankment slope. Along with the erosion control, the visual beauty is an absolute plus.
In addition, our company can provide customer-tailor services, such as selections of external covering material such as eco-friendly acrylic resin, or PVC, latex or asphalt, etc. However, because of different purpose and infrastructure, we also develop flame retardant and antistatic geo-grids for tunnel construction or other special public constructions.
