Comfo-Fil

Woven Fabric

Woven Fabric

Comfo-fil ® woven fabric is produced without addition of any chemicals and has the following characteristics:

a. Mite-proof
The physical variance of the fibers reduces the average pore size of the fabric to 4.95 microns (the size of a termite is 100 to 300 microns, as shown in Figure 4). This not only ensures that cotton wadding will not come out of the fabric, but also guarantees that down fiber will not penetrate through the surface. The test report is shown in Figure 4 and Figure 5.

b. Anti-bacterial and odor-resistant functions
Because of its hydrophobic properties,
Comfo-fil ® fiber cannot provide a suitable environment required for bacterial growth. This prevents odors as a result of bacterial decomposition. The test report is shown in Figure 6.

c. Stain-resistant
After contact with water-soluble, colored solutions, e.g. iodine or blood, stains can be easily removed with common detergents. The test report is shown in Figure 7, Figure 8, and Figure 9.

d. Water-repellent and low moisture regains
Minor modifications of the hydrophobic properties of
Comfo-fil ® fiber create a water-repelling effect without the addition of water-repelling agents. The test report is shown in Figure 10.
