Insulation Fiber Filling

a. Thermal Insulation Fiber Filling is molded into one piece without the use of adhesive bonding, making the fiber filling non-toxic and eco-friendly. Also, the fabric will not change shape after being washed.

b. Since the rate of water retention is low, and the fabric does not retain nutrients or the environment required by bacteria, the fabric is not suitable for bacterial growth. Moreover, the fabric is fast-drying and features low moisture regain.

c. According to testing, the CLO value of Thermal Insulation Fiber Filling is 2.45, significantly higher than common wool and down. D1518-1985 test report is shown in figure 11, comparison is shown in figures 12 and body temperature test is shown in figure 13.
